Let's be honest, the blockiness of LEGO cars doesn't do them any favors when put side-by-side with the real thing. But the Lamborghini Countach, already being a blocky looking car, lends itself remarkably well in LEGO form! It's like it was made to be a Speed Champion!

I started collecting Speed Champions a a few months ago, I'm focusing in the 8 wides only. I think they are closer to display models, while the 6 wides looked like toys. It's also impossible to build a 6 wide collection now without robbing a bank, most of them are super rare and expensive. 8 wides on the other hand, look much better and are still quite accessible. I managed to grab all of them (sealed), except for the 76899. Can't wait for 2023 sets to arrive!

Glad I found your channel! Subbed. My family are HUGE lego fans. I've been collecting since 1999 with the original SW sets. I've got some pretty rare figs and sets. Now that I've started a YT channel about fixing cars, I.e. Porsche I'm all about collecting all the Champions and Technic sets. I'm literally staring at an unopened 42143 (I missed the book by like 10 minutes) and 42115. I already built 42096 and 42125.

When you change fire element with blue one on fire bot, you get fire department bot.

All older mid engine cars have too long hoods. There is no difference in overall proportions to front engine cars. The absolut worst in terms of that is the Audi R8. It has gotten better now, the Countache has near perfect proportions.
